Have you ever been frustrated and panicked of what would be the best for your child in terms of planning the tournament season, finding the right nutritional advice, or providing Strength & Conditioning plan, Mental plan, as you feel that all the off-court work is on you only?
This is the reason why I offer structured help to give you the clarity, tailored to your life.

The Coach Frank Mentor Program is a solution to redesign the landscape of training culture in Junior Badminton.
Our program offering help to you to support your child on the best way possible, without doubts.
We aim to work collaboratively with the child’s current coaching staff. A clear, structured development plan will be shared with parents and they can share it with coaches for review and discussion. This plan is designed to be flexible, allowing adjustments based on feedback from the local coaching support staff, while remaining aligned with the child’s agreed performance goals.
The delivery of the performance-focused programme should not be limited by the current experience level within the local coaching environment. The wider support network around the child is given time to understand the player’s needs within the Program. Coaches may require time to get the structure, particularly how it safely supports a progressive advancement through the stages of development.

Coaches are untrained on distant collaboration
Most coaches are not trained nor experienced in remote or distance-based collaboration. As a result, elements of the plan or the concept of external input may initially feel unfamiliar or challenging. You can hand over a copy just to let the coaching staff know what your child is preparing to do and tell them they should not do anything differently on the sessions to serve the plan of one player. It is an indication for them where the player is heading to.
For the coaches, who would like to learn more, a dedicated resource has been created specifically for them, explaining how to read, interpret, and adapt the plan so it supports their existing setup, not just an individual player.
The resource also provides guidance on managing parent expectations, particularly when parents may request approaches that differ from current coaching practices. As many coaches operate in a volunteer or part-time capacity, time and planning resources are often limited. This Program is designed to reduce that burden by offering practical, ready-to-use support.

FAQs
What does this Mentor Program provides?
This Mentor Program is a mid- to long-term support pathway, not a quick fix. It is designed to guide families through a full competitive season and beyond. For most families, a 6–12 month collaboration is the minimum required to see meaningful, sustainable progress.
This program does not guarantee success at any cost. High performance depends on many factors beyond coaching alone. Progress requires daily commitment, consistency, and difficult decisions from the player and the family.
The purpose of the program is to help parents understand how to support development, what the journey realistically requires, and what it truly costs in time, focus, and trade-offs. This allows decisions to be made deliberately and calmly, rather than reactively under pressure.

What You Are Paying For?
You are paying for the cost of opportunity, not the purchase of outcomes.
The program is modular. Packages include planning, targeted advice where needed, and video analysis and mental training. Families select the additional level of support they want and only pay for those elements.
This is not a short course or a one-off intervention. It is a long-term support system designed to be reviewed over time, so families can clearly see what decisions were made, what changed, and what progress was achieved together.
What will be the proof of development?
This Mentor Program does not sell outcomes. It provides access, structure, and informed opportunity. Progress is measured by evidence of development, not guaranteed results.
Proof of development may include:
- Clear season plans and revised decision points over time.
- Improved tournament selection and purpose.
- More consistent preparation and recovery routines.
- Better emotional responses before and after competition.
- Increased independence and confidence in the player.
- Parents making calmer, more informed decisions.
- Fewer reactive changes and fewer rushed choices.
These are indicators that the pathway is working, even before medals appear.
